i am sure a big portion of us out there are Bored of trying weight losing regimen and tactics.
for me i tried almost everything except the By-pass thing.
and it seems that the last 7-10 KGs are holding so hard and not letting go , no matter how hard i put into the gym am stuck !
Cardio,more lean ,weights ,fat burning exercise the scale is the same ! infact i gained a kilo!
and before i fire my personal trainer i decided to give this weight watcher thing a try .
it is a life style. doesn’t tell you what not to eat . i found it to be tolerant in terms of no matter if you like to cook ,dine out or both the program suites you.
it is based on your gender ,weight,hight and ofcourse Age.
they calculate daily points that you can spend it on anything (with an advice that you eat healthy i.e:Carb,protein,fat and vegies).
i don’t get super exited about anything ,am skeptical till it proves itself.
Basically am into it for a friend who has been on it and lost 16 pounds in a month.
i’ll keep track of my progress here (if anything progress encountered😛 )
